Vijay sets the ball rolling for his political party?

Movie releases have resulted in rumors and gossips about the actors and actresses. While actresses are generally linked with their co stars, the gossip about the actors is that they would start a political party after the movie launch. The most favorite among the list are Rajinikath and Vijay.

Time and again the Kollywood rumor mills have been working overtime stressing that Vijay is likely to start a political party. Apparently, this could turn out to be true on Vijay’s birthday (June 22, 2009). Sources also say that Vijay and his director father SA Chandrasekar were feeling the pulse of Vijay’s fans for the past few years. The buzz from the Vijay camp is that about 2 lakh fans will reach Chennai on June 22nd to celebrate his birthday and the actor is expected to make the all-important decision in that meeting.

1. Go Go Rye Rye
Artists: Chakri, Vamsi

Very good slow number. Chakri is really fantastic with these kind of numbers. Both Chakri and Vamsi stood out in singing department. Lyrics are too good. Typical Vamsi-Chakri song.

2. Sundari
Artists: Venu, Madhavi Latha

One more good slow song. Reminds you of Illayaraja’s compositions because of instrumentation. I personally felt female voice was a bit odd for this song. Well written song.

3. Nuvvakkadunte
Artists: Chakri, Kousalya

Superb melody. Chakri and Kousalya really sang very well. Once again very good lyrics. Sounds very fresh.

4. Baala Goodari
Artists: Karthik, Kousalya, Vamsi

Again a melody, above average one this time. Singers are fantastic. Karthik can spell magic in any kind of song. Nothing special to tell about Lyrics. Same as the above comments.

5. Maavidaaku
Artists: Vasu, Geetha Madhuri

Average song and copied from other compositions. Not fresh, can hear it once or twice and skip later. Male singer is very good. Lyrics are ok.

Chakri did a very good job really with freshness and 3 good melodies. Lyrical value is outstanding especially. Vamsi is one director with good sensibilities.Impressive album. If the movie does well, this is going to be big.

Finally one thought is striking my mind, Is Vamsi going to give a good product again as this is supposed to be the film very close to his heart as its main plot is going to completely revolve around Godavari, his strength as he says.
People fond of slow music and lyrical values will love it a lot for sure. People used to fast numbers and beats may not digest this album.

But, very worthy to give a try.

Star Cast: Owen Wilson, Jennifer Anniston,...

Up: Very cute, sensible, emotional movie. It's all about human-pet attachment. Star cast was good. Dog had a peculiar characterisation. Owen Wilson and Jennifer anniston were perfect. Kids are good. Everyone performed well.

Down: Narration is slow. Action movie lovers might not feel comfortable. Comedy should have been dealt better.

A must watch for fell good movie lovers. Action movie lovers can avoid it.

We all know Sidhartha as a soft boy. He had several hit films like “Bomarillu”, “KIKK”. But this time he is going to play a different role in Ravi Babu’s film.


This is a film in which a lazy boy will be roaming aimlessly after the completion of his degree. He comes from a rich family. His father joins into army to know the essence of life. Then Sidhartha joins army.

This is a remake of Hrithik Roshan’s “Lakshya”. Though it is a remake Sidhartha liked the script and signed the movie.

He is going to take nine months break after the release of “Oyee” to get six-pack. He also engaged the physical trainer who worked for Aamir Khan for Ghajini.

According to Film Nagar sources, the news is that Sunkara Madhu Murali and Ravi Babu are conjointly producing this movie with a high budget of Rs. 8 cr.
