Karan Johar is busy finding a distributor for his forthcoming venture, My Name is Khan. The film has Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol pairing up after a long time. After Karan parted ways with his long time associate Yash Raj, who had been distributing his previous films, the director has been scouting for various distributors.

Apparently, Karan is in talks with Eros International and Fox Star Studios to distribute My Name is Khan. There are also reports that Eros could be the final choice to distribute the film. The director has also made it clear that he will not sell the rights to UTV. Meanwhile, Karan is keen on completing the last leg of shooting and has flown down to the US.
